Overview
The project expanded the processing capacity of the existing Waitsia Gas Facility (Xyris Plant) through the addition of Boost Compression, new processing equipment and additional power generation.
The scope of the project included a connection to the existing Waitsia 2 wellhead , requiring a new flow line and wellhead facilities.
The previous connection to the PGP was also isolated and a new sales gas connection to the DBP was provided, including a new 4km AS2885 Pipeline.
The project is currently in commissioning and is due for completion in August 2020.

ROLES & SERVICES
- Concept and FEED: Engaged by AWE to develop the concept engineering package and complete the front-end engineering and design. Subsequently engaged to deliver project including execution planning, contract and procurement packages, cost estimate and schedule sufficient to support project FID
- EPCM: Engaged by AWE as the EPCM contractor for delivery of the project
- Commissioning: Engaged by AWE to perform commissioning and assist with handover to operations
