Waitsia Gas Project

AWE Limited

AWE’s Waitsia Gas Project Stage 1A connected two new gas wells to the existing Xyris production facility via two new flowlines and a new trunkline. The Xyris low temperature separation processing facility (previously in care and maintenance) was modified and upgraded with some new equipment to suit the new operational requirements, enabling on spec gas to be exported to the Parmelia Gas Pipeline.

Our Support

FEED: Engaged by AWE to complete the front-end engineering, project execution planning, contract and procurement packages, cost estimate and schedule sufficient to support project FID.

EPCM: Engaged by AWE as the EPCM contractor for delivery of the project.

Commissioning: Engaged by AWE to perform commissioning and assist with handover to operations.

Darwin Power Station

Client – Confidential

The Northern Territory government initiated a process to investigate options for new gas-fired power generation facilities to be integrated in the Darwin – Katherine network.

Enscope, in consultation with our partner, developed options for a prospective 80 MW station using GE LM6000 aero-derivative gas turbine generators.

Our Support

Technical definition: Developed the technical concept, including: functional and performance requirements; concept layout; site selection.

Project execution: Developed the project execution requirements suitable to define a preliminary cost estimate and a project schedule through to commercial operation.
